Personal Development/Self Help/Metaphysics

One of the few books I often refer to like a "bible" when it comes to creating a life I truly love and desire. Bob's own personal story resonates with me and his wisdom is timeless and practical. The book is a whole vibe and his approach to managing the mind in the art of creating one's desired outcomes is easy to understand and follow.

Another one I read early in my career - helped me understand that change is indeed possible and it’s up to me to make that change happen!

Anything by Dr. Robert Stone is #wortharead.

This book drives home the idea that you are whatever you think about all day long.

Definitely not the end all to managing and manifesting with the mind but a must read. I recommend the movie as well.

Read this book to get into alignment with your highest self and read it whenever you find yourself out of alignment. Abraham is EVERYTHING!

This book will help you with strategies to keep a "growth" vs "fixed" mindset and give you more tools to recognize the difference.

The best of Esther "Abraham" & Jerry Hicks in one big book! For my Law of Attraction enthusiasts!

One of the best books for dealing with doubt and worry.

Simply written. Direct and straight to the point. Author has a "tell it like it is" approach and makes the process of changing one's beliefs and manifesting the heart's true desires tangible and obtainable through her writing.

Abundance/Business

T. Harv Ecker is not my favorite author or personal development teacher but this is the kind of book you can use like oracle cards and ask it what you need to know for the day. You'll get some nuggets reading that way. Definitely some gold in this book.

Lisa is such a compelling speaker and storyteller and her own story is awe-inspiring. She is a good reminder of how anything you want is indeed possible if you believe and if you create it.

A must have. Re-read this after being laid off and never looked back at corporate as more than my client.

Spirituality

Classic and not always the easiest to find. Another really good one by Dr. Robert Stone.

Pyschology

One of the first books I read when I became interested in understanding more about how my mind works and how my perception influence my life and relationships. Understanding that at an evolutionary level helped me understand more about my unconscious reactions.

Great reference!

You can claw your way to the top by force or, as this book demonstrates, you can wield your power from within to conquer any external circumstance.

A book every human who ever wanted to understand another human should read!

Biographies

Not a huge fan of reading about inherited wealthy rich white men but Knight's book is a compelling tale of how going your own way can be a risk but also a risk that is worth it.

A reminder of how giving can be a form of receiving. Money is not the driving force behind everything, at least not making it, sometimes giving is.

Interesting read!

Not a Walmart fan but reading about Sam Walton and his grit/determination/business prowess was a game changer.

Science

This book eases some of the tiring stereotypes we tend to face when we begin to acknowledge and work with tools to expand our "inner" selves - and it does so with proven science.

There's nothing "woo woo" about rituals - a task/action you repeat multiple times to obtain a certain result. I like this book because its full of rituals to build the brain and strengthen the neuro muscles for peak performance in your life.

Leadership

Wondering how to show up as yourself at work? This book is a good place to start.
